1. Overview (Digital Products Only)

Lumani Impact sells digital products (eBooks and downloadable digital content). All products are delivered electronically (no physical shipment). Delivery is typically instant after successful payment, via email and/or access instructions provided at checkout.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective against fraud and chargeback abuse.

2. No Returns for Digital Downloads (General Rule)

All sales are final once a digital product is delivered or made available for download/access.

We do not accept returns for digital items because:

  • the content is delivered instantly, and

  • digital files can be copied, stored, or consumed immediately.

3. Refunds We May Approve (Eligible Cases)

We may approve a refund (full or partial) in the following situations:

A) Duplicate purchase

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once in the same order or within a short time frame.

B) Non-delivery due to a technical issue

  • You did not receive the delivery email, and we are unable to provide access after troubleshooting.

  • Note: check spam/junk folders and verify the email address entered at checkout.

C) Corrupted or unusable file

  • The file is broken, unreadable, or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

D) Incorrect product due to our error

  • You were delivered a different product than the one purchased, and we cannot correct it promptly.

E) Unauthorized transaction (case-by-case)

  • If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact us immediately. We may request documentation and will evaluate in good faith.

4. Refunds We Do Not Approve (Non-Eligible Cases)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or “I no longer need it”

  • Lack of results or subjective dissatisfaction (digital content is informational/expressive)

  • Not reading product descriptions before purchase

  • Inability to use the product due to lack of compatible device/software (unless our listing misrepresented requirements)

  • Requests made after significant consumption/access where delivery was successful

  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests pattern

5. Delivery Confirmation & Access Proof

For fraud prevention and billing dispute handling, we maintain records such as:

  • transaction ID and payment confirmation

  • the email address used at checkout

  • timestamp of digital delivery (email logs)

  • download/access logs (when applicable)

These records may be used to support disputes and resolve issues fairly.

6. How to Request a Refund (Support First)

Before contacting your bank, please contact us so we can help quickly.

To request a refund, email contact@lumani-impact.site with:

  • Order number

  • Name and email used at checkout

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if file error or delivery issue)

We may ask you to confirm:

  • you did not successfully download/access the product, or

  • you are experiencing a technical issue we can verify.

7. Resolution Timeframes

  • Support response: typically within 1–2 business days

  • Refund decision: typically within 3–5 business days after we receive all required information

  • Refund processing: once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

8. Chargebacks & Billing Disputes Policy

Chargebacks are meant for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions—not for bypassing a merchant’s support/refund process.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • we may be unable to provide support or replacement delivery during the dispute, and

  • we will submit evidence (delivery/access records, order details, communications) to the payment processor.

We always encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly.
